+How do I figure out what my hour is worth?
Use your client billing rate, or divide the income you want for the year by the hours you actually want to work. Either gives you a fair value for an hour spent on admin.
+Why does the average month differ from a 4-week month?
A year has 52 weeks, so the average month has about 4.33 weeks. The 4-week figure is the conservative view; the average month is the more accurate one.
